As you know, the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to profoundly disrupt our everyday lives. Since our chapter’s founding in 2002, we have been dedicated to creating a safe environment for participants of The First Tee, which continues to be our top priority as we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. Our staff has been working to implement updated protocols and procedures that are aligned with recent recommendations, guidelines and orders from Gov. Polis and Mayor Hancock. Please Click Here to see what we are doing to ensure the health and safety of all First Tee staff and participants.

At this time, we expect to hold summer and fall programming. Please contact us at info@thefirstteedenver.org or 720-865-3426 for more information. This is an unprecedented situation and we hope to avoid any future disruptions to our programs.

The First Tee of Denver offers a wide variety of programs. All First Tee of Denver programs include The First Tee Core Values. Participants learn valuable lessons about the importance of maintaining a positive attitude; how to make decisions by thinking about the possible consequences; how to demonstrate sportsmanship whether they win or lose; and how to transfer The First Tee Nine Core Values such as responsibility, honesty, integrity, respect and confidence from the golf course to everyday life. The goal for each program is to have purpose-driven programming for every interaction. The First Tee of Denver strives for a high level of retention so that the staff can grow with the participants and ultimately see them through college. The vision is for every participant to carry a golf club in one hand and a degree in the other.

The First Tee of Denver also serves The First Tee of The Front Range and The First Tee of The Colorado Rocky Mountains. To learn more about our other locations please visit the links to each page.
