As you know, the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to profoundly disrupt our everyday lives. Since our chapter’s founding in 2002, we have been dedicated to creating a safe environment for participants of The First Tee, which continues to be our top priority as we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. Our staff has been working to implement updated protocols and procedures that are aligned with recent recommendations, guidelines and orders from Gov. Polis and Mayor Hancock. Please Click Here to see what we are doing to ensure the health and safety of all First Tee staff and participants.

At this time, we expect to hold summer and fall programming. Please contact us at info@thefirstteedenver.org or 720-865-3426 for more information. This is an unprecedented situation and we hope to avoid any future disruptions to our programs.

Year Round Advanced Classes (Birdie & Eagle)

Do you want to start playing in competitive tournaments? Get ready to play High School golf?
Be the number one player on the team?

We have the right classes for you!

Birdie & Eagle classes are designed to get the most out of your junior’s current abilities, and take their game to the next level.

Spring:  Classes begin with an annual assessment class so that we can ensure your junior is in the correct class. This allows our instructors and juniors to get the most out of every class. There will be four instructional classes preparing your junior for the upcoming summer season.

Summer: Some Intro to Birdie classes are available. It is recommended that most Birdie & Eagle level participants join The First Tee of Denver Players’ Club in the summer.

Fall: Instructional classes that will focus on skills to work on for the following Spring.

During the non-playable winter months we will have special monthly events and volunteer opportunities. Opportunities have consisted of trips to TopGolf, Bowling, Golf Expo, care packages to support our troops, and park cleanup days.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding classes for advanced golfers, please contact Nick Johnson at nick@thefirstteeofdenver.com or 720-865-3422.
